Qualifications of editor/proofreader: specialist (normally PhD or higher) in the same field as the topic of the draft, knowledgeable of at least one of the main primary-source languages pertinent to the draft, strong academic writing proficiency in English. 

Types of work accepted: Drafts of dissertation, thesis, article, book chapter, etc. at any stage.

Minimal rate: $ 0.02 per word for draft in a generally well-written state.

Maximum rate: $ 0.05 per word for draft requiring considerably great amount of editing.

Final rate and reasonable speed of service to be determined by signed contract after consultation.
